Abstract. We investigate the effects of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab combined with platinum-based chemotherapy on disease-free survival in patients with resectable stage II–IIIA non-small-cell lung carcinoma. A randomized controlled trial (n = 438) was conducted across 12 centres between 2016 and 2019. Median follow-up was 28 months.
